For the Megan Baker Estate Agents website we wanted to break the mould of the traditional estate agents site and move away from the typical corporate feel and create something that was not only functional to use, but enjoyable aswell. We’ve created illustrations with a hint of vintage styling throughout the site. The home page utilises parallax scrolling to introduce some movement to the illustrations.
The website is fully responsive to work on desktop, mobile phones and tablets and is built with a full Content Management System (CMS) that allows Megan Baker Estate Agents to update the website themselves. The properties needed to be fed in directly from a central database rather than manually. The site also incorporates a login area where customers can store their favourite properties and make notes about them, a weather feed and online chat facility.
