Cowes Classics Week
Cowes Classics Week is an annual event on the Isle of Wight, organised by the Royal London Yacht Club. It brings together classic yacht enthusiasts from all over the UK for a week of racing and to showcase their beautifully restored boats. Alongside the sailing there is also a classics day especially for classic powerboats and automobiles.
We were delighted to be asked to produce 3 logo designs, one for Cowes Classics Week and separate logos for Cowes Classic Automobiles and Cowes Classic Powerboats. Each logo needed to have it’s own stand alone identity, but still sit as a set with the other logos. Along with the logo designs, we also produced a promotional poster. To continue the heritage feel we were inspired by the art deco travel posters from the ’20s and ’30s.
